The holiday apartments are in the center of Rome: in the middle of a green private garden on the way to Gianicolo and in about 5 minutes walk to Santa Maria in Trastevere - the oldest Church of Rome		Above the house you will see the famous church “San Pietro in Montorio” which has a well-known temple of Bramante in its yard. According to the books Holy Peter was crucified there.

The apartments are fully furnished, with equipped kitchen, linen in the bedrooms and towels in the bathrooms. Hot water and heating are available. You needn’t suffer from the heat of the summer: the windows of the living rooms are to the north and east, those of the bedrooms to the north and to the west.

Both apartments (Nr.16 & 17) are next to each other, on the 4^th floor of a 4-storey-building with elevator

The apartments are very quiet, away from the noise of the streets and can only be reached by beautiful stairs.		For your security the locks of the iron barred gate granting access to the residence can only be opened with the help of a special code.

Trastevere is a paradise for wine and food lovers and is famous for its numerous restaurants and trattorias of all categories, e.g. the fish restaurant Corsetti “il Galeone” at Piazza San Cosimato, one of the most famous restaurants in the whole Italy (just in 200 meters from the apartments). Moreover you can enjoy local Roman food at via Natale del Grande or one of the best pizza restaurants IVO a TRASTEVERE		From the apartment the most important sights of Rome can easily be reached on foot, such as Vatican City, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Stairs, Piazza Venezia, the Coliseum, the Forum Romanum… Porta Portese Flea Market is Rome 's largest and most colorful Sunday street market. Items sold include second-hand paintings, pieces of decorative wood, craft, hairpins, bags and other various goods. Best-bargain purchases are guaranteed (watch out for pickpockets!)
